… and talking of wheelchairs

Wheelchair is a wheeled device for locomotion used generally by people who are either mentally or physically challenged or suffering from some acute injury lapse. People who can neither walk nor sit use a wheel bench instead. Wheelchair generally comprises of a seat and a backrest, two relatively small caster wheels with two front wheels, which are large. It also has a foot rest.

Wheelchairs are a great support for patient care when the need to physically support them arises. It can sometimes be out of mental debilitations as well, a spastic or a patient of cerebral palsy can need a wheelchair just as much as a person suffering from kidney failure.

Wheelchairs for sale vary in few specifications but more or less they are same prioritized to customer’s use. The size of the seat varies according to the demand of the patient. Even the height from seat to floor can be different. For instance a patient with lower leg size will need a lower altitude seat. The backrest can be adjusted in accordance with the strength of the backbone. Here again it is largely seen that people who are mentally debilitated or physically challenged have troubled central nervous system and the problem can travel to spine just as well. In the case the back cushion needs to be a little laidback.
